CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellations by the customer

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following policy applies:

  • Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: Full refund.

  • Cancellation between 7 and 5 days before the activity: 50% refund of the total amount.

  • Cancellation with less than 5 days' notice: No refunds.

If you're unable to attend, we offer the option to reschedule your experience at no additional cost within the next 6 months, subject to availability.

2. Cancellations by CLIMB MALLORCA

In the event that we must cancel the activity due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure, the following options will be offered:

  • Change of date at no additional cost.

  • Issuance of a voucher to perform the activity at another time within the next 12 months.

  • Full refund if none of the above options are feasible for the customer.

3. Reserve modifications

  • You can request date changes up to 4 days before the activity without penalty, subject to availability.

  • If you wish to change the number of participants , please notify us at least 72 hours in advance so we can adjust the logistics.

4. No show

If the client does not show up at the meeting point without prior notice, it will be considered a cancellation with no refund.
